All content, tools, workflows, and systems developed by Backpack remain the property of Backpack unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own content and data.

Backpack strives to provide accurate, high-quality work, but we do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backpack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
